Again this coming year, the Pennsylvania State Council will award twenty college scholarships throughout the state, 2 within the Diocese of Harrisburg. To be eligible for consideration the candidate must: 1) Be a member of the Knights or son or daughter of a Knight of Columbus who has been in the order for at least one year. 2) Graduate from a recognized four-year high school program during the term ending January 2007 or June 2007. 3) Complete the application and mail it before December 31, 2006. In addition, the student must take the American College Testing (ACT) or Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) before the end of the year. Applications are available from the council or they can be found on the PA state council web site. The applications must be signed by the Grand Knight, Financial Secretary and have the council seal affixed.
